During checkout, you will select the method and delivey rate/speed for the items in your cart.
We will make an attempt to process and ship your order within two business days for items that are in stock. There is an 'in stock' indicator and quantity displayed for each item. You can estimate the delivery of your merchandise by adding two days to the method of shipment. Please consider holidays for the store and the shippers.

For changes and cancellations of an order that you have previously authorized, please contact Customer Service by telephone or email. It is much better to use the telephone as our ordering system is automated and we make every attempt to process and ship the order as soon as possible. To start a return, you must request and receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) within 14 days of the original product delivery. You can make your request for a RAC with Customer Service. Select the Contact menu item to the righr of this article for Customer Service information. All items must be accompanied with a RAC and be received in new unused condition with the originl packaging to be considered eligible for a refund. Non-apparel items are subject to re-stocking fee of 15% of the original invoice total for that item(s).
Defective Items
If an item arrives in an unacceptable condition due to a manufacturer defect, pleae contact Customer Service. We will arrange return shipping.
Credits
Credits to your account will be processed upon receipt of the returned item and verification that the item is in an acceptable condition. No credit will be processed for items returned without an RAC.
Return Shipping Costs
ProCare Pharmacy Care covers shipping costs if the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part. Shipping expenses are the cutomer's reponsiblity for all other returns. |
